Inspection Stations & Capabilities
- Station 1 (Top View): Detects pressure surface dents and scratches.
- Station 2 (Side View): Measures thread major/minor diameter, fastener height, and total length.
- Station 3 (Bottom-Up View): Detects presence of four holes and cracks on the base outer circle.
- Station 4 (360° View): Inspects thread dents and damage using custom optical lens.
- Station 5 (Bottom-Up View): Measures hexagon across-flats and across-corners dimensions.
- Station 6 (Top View): Detects mouth deformation and inner hole misalignment.
