Openex’s AI Vision Bearings Inspection Machine is designed to automate and guarantee precision inspection for small, medium, and large bearings. Powered by advanced deep learning algorithms, it replaces manual visual checks, detects dozens of defect types, and integrates seamlessly with MES systems for full traceability and data flow management across your factory.

Our AI inspection system can identify dozens of potential defects that compromise bearing quality and reliability, including:

• Collapsed or dented dust covers
• Scratched or damaged cages (retainers)
• Excessive chamfer, rust, or machining marks on outer rings
• Rust or waste material on outer ring end faces
• Missing middle rollers
• Inner bore irregularities or surface defects
• Vibration marks and rust on inner ring end faces
• Missing superfinishing or incomplete polishing
• Deformation, discoloration, and other microscopic flaws

Each inspected bearing is automatically classified as OK/NG, with results stored digitally along with high-resolution images for analysis and reporting.
